We carry out production in accordance with customer demands based on different fabric types, dimensions, design details, and product specifications. Depending on the scope of the order, we evaluate product details and application requirements to offer solutions tailored to different needs.
Flexible Manufacturing
01. Pre-Production Check
Every order is reviewed in accordance with product details and customer requirements before production begins. Necessary checks are carried out in our production units, and the process is advanced in a planned manner.
02. In-Process Control
Following the cutting process, intermediate checks are carried out throughout the sewing process. The compliance of the products with workmanship, stitching, and order details is monitored during the production stages.
03. Cleaning and Final Check
Products that have completed the sewing process undergo a general cleaning procedure using our specialized air-blowing equipment. Afterward, they are cleaned individually by our staff, and each product undergoes a final inspection.
04. Folding and Packaging
Products that have passed inspection are carefully folded and packaged. Before being placed in boxes, the product packages are re-checked and prepared for shipment.
